This Privacy Policy explains how Roofing100k (Maria Polymili d/b/a “Roofing100k,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our Site or submit forms.
If you sign our Master Service Agreement (MSA), that contract governs data used to deliver paid services (e.g., CRM setup, messaging verification). This Privacy Policy covers the Site and inquiry forms only.
1) Information We Collect
Contact & Business Info you provide (name, email, phone, company, role, website, service area, notes).
Inquiry & Booking Data (form responses, demo requests, preferred times).
Technical Data (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, approximate location) via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Communications (emails, texts if you opt in, call notes).
Client Verification Data (clients only, via MSA) such as business identifiers (e.g., EIN) used for A2P/Toll-Free registration—collected and used under the MSA, not this Privacy Policy.
2) How We Use Information
To respond to inquiries, send requested materials, and schedule calls.
To operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Site.
To send service and marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing at any time).
To protect against fraud, abuse, or security issues; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.
3) SMS/Text Disclosures (If You Opt In)
By opting in, you consent to receive marketing and informational texts from Roofing100k; message/data rates may apply; frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10) International Visitors
Our systems are hosted in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to processing in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
